於 Windows IIS 環境中安裝 PhpMyAdmin 後，於第一次開啟 PhpMyAdmin 出現如下錯誤訊息，

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

其它連結均正常，解決方式為建立一個沒有空白或其它符號的目錄，
將 php.ini 中的 「session.save_path」指向這個目錄，重新啟動 IIS。

例如：

session.save_path = "C:/php/phptmp"
